ABOUT ME
Hello, my name is Maksym Myrnenko. I am Automation QA Engineer and
Specialisation Lead. I have about 4 years of work experience. I am a self-motivated,
result-oriented, and highly productive person. I have a strong understanding and
knowledge of concepts and activities in software testing. I have experience in test design,
software testing, and test automation analysis, and I participate in meetings with
customers (daily stand-up, sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, support calls, and
demos).

• I work closely with developers, QA engineers, and business analysts. I have
knowledge and experience in Web, API, and Mobile testing. I participated in
different types of functional testing, such as Regression testing, E2E testing, and
Smoke testing. Also, have experience onboarding new members on the project and
as an interviewer. During that time, I improved my soft and problem-solving skills.

As a Specialisation Lead, I conducted one-to-one meetings with subordinates, set goals
to improve their technical and soft skills, and evaluated their technical skills and progress
during the PR periods. I also communicated with subordinates' Delivery Managers to
share feedback and notes about employees.
