A very prominent Ukrainian start-up was looking for a professional to establish a sales and operation strategies
as well as go-to-market plan from scratch. The financial stance of the company did not allow it to cover a full-
time payment for the position, but the product itself is a very promising, which ended up creating enough
interest from my side to take a commitment on a certain conditions until the company reaches capability to
attract seed investments.
- Go-to-market strategy was established and proved the concept at the national-level event attracting interest of
the known players and industry opinion leaders as well as potential investors in the future.
- The deep feedback was gathered from the market, marking what functionality and improvements are needed
to be able to compete with the established monopolist at the market.
- Couple of known partners were attracted for the promotion of the product.
- Strategic planning was done.
Unfortunately, by the time when wide public launch was to be made, financial situation depleted to the level,
where company was not able to cover not only launch operations, but the salaries of the workers.
