• Coordination the recruitment process, handling seafarers from the time of applying to the company until they join the vessel, including visa arrangements, flag documents, searching for suitable flights, bus tickets, booking of hotel, etc. In fact, providing 24 hours assistance for crew members while they are on the way to/from the vessel
• Checking candidates' working documents, verifying their compliance with international standards and requirements, assistance in updating documents if needed
• Reference checking and confirming previous experience
• Database management, evaluation of the efficiency of crew recruitment processes, including financial management, training of crewing staff, reporting and invoice preparation
