Summary of Responsible person and hard-working specialist with 10+ years of
experience in IT. Started as trainee C++ Engineer, worked with mobile
qualifications and desktop applications, then moved to automotive navigation for
world leading OEMs and grew up on career ladder to Lead C++
Engineer, managing team of 10-12 engineers. In 2019 changed direction
and started path in management where have been working so far.
Through 5 years in management had various projects with specific
goals and approaches: bug fixing, stabilization, development, ASPICE
assessments, consultancy. Know how to work even with most
complicated clients without getting into conflicting situations and
keeping them happy. Have experience with managing different
cooperation approaches like outstaff, team extension or dedicated team.
Skilled in a people management, always build relation with a people on
trust and support.
Appreciate working in team and finding solutions together. My
personal preference to keep warm microclimate in a team where team
members are cooperating and collaborating rather than competing.

Projects Intellias: November 2023 – April 2024 (Project Manager)
ASPICE consultancy of augmented reality application for car cockpit.
Application collects information from various sensors and cameras and
provides visualization on a windscreen. Company as a world known
manufacturer of a hardware + software solutions wanted to sign new
contracts with big European OEMs and needed to pass ASPICE
certification with lvl2 compliancy.
• Dedicated team of 5 engineers (1 BA, 1 QA, 1 C++ architect and
2 C++ developers) and 2 quality managers.
• Risk management, consultancy, people management, stakeholder
management, project planning.
• Regular reports preparation.

Intellias: December 2022 – March 2024 (Project Manager)
Tier1 supplier for huge European OEM was manufacturing car
hardware with software for it. Team was working with one of the
cameras in car and cluster providing full support: development, bug
fixing, ASPICE related activities. German company.

Tier1 supplier for huge European OEM was manufacturing car
hardware with software for it. Team was working with Wi-Fi and
classical Bluetooth related hardware providing full support:
development, bug fixing, ASPICE related activities. German company.
• Team extension of 3 engineers (C++ Embedded with Wi-
Fi/Bluetooth knowledge)

Intellias: June 2022 – July 2023 (Project Manager)
Navigation for waste management fleet of 25000 trucks. Big
application with C++ core and Kotlin micro-services proving out of the
box navigation with possibility to extend new features per request and
full integration to the trucks system. Team was working with a German
client as a sub-vendor as the final client was in US.
• Team extension of 5 engineers (3 developers, QA manager and
DevOps/Release manager)

1. Huge vector graphic desktop application for designers and artists.
Took part in the implementation of the next version of the
application. Did most part of work on implementation of Welcome
Screen functionality and UI
2. Photo-editing desktop application for professional photographers.
It’s a cross platform app, works on Windows, Linux and Max OS
X.

SoftServe: January 2014 – July 2015
Huge raster graphic desktop application for designers and artists.
1-st year: cross platform project that works on Mac and Windows
operational systems. Old Carbon dialog didn’t work on Mac OS X x64.
The main goal of the project was creation of new flexible dialogs that
work on x86 and x64 systems and synchronization of newly created
dialogs with Windows version. Had successful release.
2-nd year: implementation of the new functionality for the summer
release, in comparison with the previous year didn't rework old code for
the new software requirements, but implemented a lot of stories, new
features, also fixed old bugs and refactored the code. Also had
successful release.
