Working Experience

Nov 2020 – May 2024 – MedStar \ SK-Telemed
Position: QA Engineer \ QA Analyst
Projects: MedCard \ M-Doc \ IDIS \ IDIS2HOME \ SH2DOC

On a position of QA Engineer in MedStar my main tasks were:

● Performing quality control on 4 different projects of the company. Testing web
applications for doctors, administrators of medical clinics and users in the sphere of
medicine. They also included video chats and subscriptions.
● Testing mobile applications (Android and iOS) for paramedics, users and clinics.
● Optimizing testing processes (time of checks, writing documentation, quality), which
allowed the company to release higher quality releases.
● Successfully completed all types of testing provided for in the test plan.
(Regression, smoke, feature testing, etc.)
● Successfully mastered working with medical equipment with various types of
connections (USB\Wireless\WiFi), which allowed me to advise developers and
engineers on the use of medical devices and improve the performance of
applications.
 ● Constructive cooperation with the development team and my suggestions - allowed
the number of errors to decrease with each new release. Helped in the
development of an internal application that improved testing time and reduced
downloads.
● Put test documentation in order, which allowed us to improve testing processes and
pass audits without any comments. In the end of project I compiled all the test
documentation completely from scratch and kept it up to date until the project was
closed.
● Participated in work meetings, grooming sessions and discussions of
improvements. My suggestions were repeatedly used to improve the company's
products. Most of the proposals were implemented.
● Monitored a large number of test environments, which made it possible to improve
development processes.

Special experience was work as a mentor for new employees; excellent knowledge of the
product allowed me to help them get used to a complex product in their free time (or
assigned by leads). Also I conducted several training seminars for employees.

March 2014 — Nov 2020 – CS LTD
Position: QA Engineer

On a position of QA Engineer in CS LTD my main tasks were:

● Performed testing of web applications for users and bank employees.
● Testing a complex card transaction system
● Performing regression, smoke, feature testing, as well as testing without
requirements and ad-hock testing.
● Documentation often had to be written from scratch. Kept it up to date until I left.
● For several years was part of the company’s team of experts (participated in
interviews and assessment of candidates)

During my work at the company, I developed a methodology for writing test
documentation, since standard formats did not fit the team structure. Also good optimized
queries to the database, what also made it possible to quickly find the cause of
malfunctions.

I gained deep knowledge of banking, which allowed me to better understand the logic and
identify even problems that were not immediately visible.

Jan 2013 — Feb 2014 – Qualium Systems
Position: QA Engineer

On a position of QA Engineer in Qualium Systems (small E-commerce and gambling
projects) my main tasks were:

● Performed turnkey testing of web applications for commercial customers.
● Working with Linux OS and virtual machines. The ability to deploy multiple systems
allowed us to optimize the verification process without additional costs.
● Testing was often carried out without requirements, this made it possible to learn
and understand processes using examples of similar products.

During my work, I gained good experience in responsible work and the ability to plan tasks
independently. Attention to detail - allowed us to deliver projects to customers almost
without comments.

Good knowledge of web technologies allowed me to speed up the process where possible.
The quality of the work performed allowed the company to deliver projects without critical
comments from customers.

- Performed layout testing of small websites.

team under stressful conditions.
- Got a good starting base for further development. -Participated in company development
projects.
