Responsibilities and functions:
«Peoplenet» company:
- Provide technical service and support for customers and to the company both on site or
remotely (via remote access program)
-The organization of technical service call center.
- Conduct post- sales service. (Solving any problems and situations that arise with customers
after purchase)
- Adjustment of equipment, as well as service and warranty service.

Playtika company:
 Lead an R&D QA team - 12 manual + 2 autoQA—with the main focus on building and
