I am currently working with a variety of organisations in the education sector, including Deloitte, Becoming,
IT Cluster in Ukraine, Physics and Mathematics Ukrainian Online Schools, the University of Exeter, and
Devon County Council.
Key Responsibilities
● Leading a project to establish a Ukrainian school. Involved in documentation preparation, regulatory
compliance, and the process of acquiring official accreditation from educational authorities.
● Project "Nova DIYA". Coordinated stakeholder engagement and program delivery at the University of
Exeter, supporting Ukrainians with employment, visa navigation, and personal resilience.
● Developed an educational project for Manchester Ukrainian School, adapting to rapidly changing
requirements for 300 students and 50 teachers.
● Designed and implemented reskilling programs for the Ukrainian community across multiple countries,
enabling certification and job placement opportunities.
● Established a branch of an online school offering an official Ukrainian diploma—the first of its kind in
Britain.

● Developed a new, efficient business model for Manchester Ukrainian School and created a scalable
framework for launching new branches.
● Mobilised 50 participants to co-sign a petition to Devon and Exeter Council, advocating for the

● As part of my work as a self-employed consultant, I have helped five Ukrainian entrepreneurs

Development and implementation of projects from scratch for Ukrainian refugees in Devon, about 700
people.
Key Responsibilities
● Building and developing a business/marketing strategy for the Association. Networking and
collaborating with key stakeholders. Monitoring quality indicators for all projects.
● Development and implementation from scratch of the “Saturday Ukrainian school” and special
