Today my responsibilities and functions are:
Responsible for procurement of diverse goods, works, and services, logistics functions,
support to the program, specific procedures, supply contracts.
RFQ, RFP, CO, EVAL, PROTOCOL, BA, DRG, CC, INV, GRN, WH, .
Perform all kind of tenders, quotations requests or tendering (zakupivli.pro), prepare Drafts
and verify ToRs and BoQs. Identify potential suppliers, verifies their reliability, prepare
payment of suppliers and freight forwarder invoices. Preparation of reports and document
sets for audits. Monitor the expiration dates of existing contracts. Upload documents on
SharePoint. Report to line supervisor.
