Good day,

my name is Yevhen Mironov, I am 39 years old. I have devoted more than fifteen of them to
aviation, working as an Air Traffic Controller in Ukraine, Dnipro.

I started my career in 2007, after graduating from the State Flight Academy of Ukraine. At first
I worked as a pseudo-pilot at the training center. Then I got admission to work as a Tower
controller. My function was: to ensure safety in the air, on the runway and maneuvering area.
As well as issuing departure clearance according to the flight plan. Coordination with the
briefing controller, military controller, meteorologist, airfield staff, airline representatives,
customs and border guards. Education/

In 2013, I requalified as an upper airspace controller. I received admissions to work as an Ukraine (2002-2007)
Approach (APP) and Area (ACC) controller in the team of 20 people. This was a new challenge Air Traffic Service;

Unfortunately, on February 24, 2022, war broke out in Ukraine and civil aviation came to a Job:
standstill. I was forced to acquire a new profession. In the summer of 2022, I completed a
-Air Traffic Controller,
course of a QA engineer at Hillel IT School. However, I did not work in this specialty, as I found
"UkSATSE" (2007-2022);
myself in the humanitarian sphere. And in the fall of 2022 I started to work in the -Social worker,
Humanitarian Mission "Proliska", which is a partner of UNHCR. The main task was social Humanitarian Mission
support of refugees, evaluation of their needs, as well as providing them with necessary "PROLISKA" (2022-2023);
items. In a short period of time I have achieved success in Case Management and CCCM (camp -Linguist (UKR-ENG), ATLAS
coordination and camp management). I have certificates of successful completion of UNHCR Advisors (2024-now).

Languages:

-English – upper-intermediate
However, I was unable to continue working because on January 14, 2023, a missile hit (5 ICAO);
-Ukrainian – native;
my building. I was left with no place to live and was injured. Within a month I left

Ukraine and moved to Germany, where I was treated until the end of 2023.
