Experience:

Accountant in Nestle Business Service Lviv
(June 2014 – March 2022, maternity leave July 2018-November 2021)
- Analysis and work on the closure of receivable accounts (using SAP). Got acquainted with the process of colleagues from other teams for better understanding of each open item positions (lots of teamwork). Wrote fully new Standard routines “Monitoring and Inventory” and almost new “Open items RU market”. Received Bronze Recognition Card (for Teamwork) in 2016 and Recognition card for closing overdue debt in 2015 (internal reward from clients).
- Created reports for ADR, CZ, SK, RO, HU, GR, BG, RU, UA Markets, propose new approach for checking position and fully rewrite standard routine.

- Actively participated in the GSTD (Go See Think Do) about big amounts of open items for Russian market (sums and positions, process modification and documentation of the new scope and definition of responsibilities) in 2014.
- Launched project of improvement of vendor reconciliation. Took part in the program creation for ticket creation for acts of reconciliation in 2017. Analysis of current process and the benefits that we will get with the newly created program. Made a complete technical and visual (using MS Visio) description of tasks for program creation.
- Took part in DMAIC (Define Measure Analyze Improve Control) for Reporting team regarding reports in 2017. Processing Open items report in accordance with market requirements for their easy use. Writing Instruction for Buyers how to use SAP specific transactions (with the report file).
