Competencies
I have 18 years of experience in project management and sales of analytical laboratory instruments
in B2B sector for private and government companies of various profiles (pharmaceutical,
agrochemical, ecological).
During my work I managed projects:
- business analysis: briefing of customers, identification needs of companies, clarifying of
tasks/processes and possible limitations.
- design of technical solutions for the customers – selection and combination of technologies
that will meet the needs and technical or financial capabilities of clients.
- presentation the solutions for the customer – I have sensitivity to audience, can work with
complex questions and objections, it is easy for me to engage the audience in the discussion.
- complex discussion at different levels both at the technical level and at the decision maker’s
level. I can choose the presentation/speech style, the tone of the discussion, that will be most
effective in the situation.
- project management of sold solutions from coordination of performers to controlling the
timing and quality of services provided, regular communications with customers and
preparation of reports.
- working with multiple projects simultaneously – I have experience managing multiple large
and complex tasks simultaneously, can quickly switch between tasks.
I also participated in development of new directions in business: introduction of new products to the
market, searching for new tools and schemes for sale, working with argumentative base (changing of
legislation), trends, tendency, precedents).

Work experience
From 2007 till now I have been working as a Sales Manager and Project Manager for analytical
instruments at the private company LLC “ALSI-Chrom”
On my position:
 сarried out an active search of customer thanks to which more than 300 new clients were
added to the existing base,
  сarried out briefings of the customer for deep understanding of tasks which ensured to realize
repeat sales,
 selected necessary equipment/solution and presented them to customer,
 communicated with different departments of the client, agreed terms and negotiated contracts,
 controlled the realization of projects: communicated with customer, coordinate actions of
employees of various company’s departments, monitored delivery and installation deadlines,
payment schedule and receiving complaints,
 worked with cold client’s base what helped to finalize more than 20 long-term projects
(duration of which was 10-15 years),
 realized projects value of which was 50-300 thousand dollars,
 participated in marketing activities (seminars, forums, exhibitions),
 communicated with foreign equipment manufactories,
 carried out of risk analysis of potential projects,
 prepared reports for manufacturers concerning forecast and status of the projects,
 business trips at Ukraine and abroad.

(postgraduate studies)
