The main direction of my work was the implementation, optimization and support of the
POD (proof of delivery) flows for all Alumeco’s subsidiaries. I had to deal with a large
number of freight forwarders, carriers and sellers in order to arrange a continuous PODs
providing. I increased the percentage of deliveries covered by POD from 25% to 90%.

Apart from that, the list of my daily task involved:
Goods receipt in ERP system (SAP)
Updating various KPI reports for subsidiaries and head office
Helping my colleagues with Polish-Russian translation and taking a part as a translator
in meetings between CEOs of Alumeco’s Polish subsidiary and russian suppliers.
