• Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier
relationship management.
• Maintain procurement records, including proposals, evaluations, award documents, formal
contracts and correspondence for all procurements, in accordance with policy and local laws.
• Preparing and analyzing budgets, requests for quotations, negotiations and analysis to
recommend vendors for the supply of goods and materials to grantees.
