I would like to use my experience and skills in recruiting, selecting, and supporting personnel in
a project that requires a creative approach and brings practical benefits to society, at your Company.
Hard skills:
1. Project work (project and change management) and organizational design of the Company's
staffing. Development of HR strategy (professionograms, analysis and choice of channels for
attracting relevant personnel). Supporting the Company brand.
2. Onboarding, offboarding (conducting interviews, preventive interviews and exit interviews
with employees, including those who have access to sensitive data (customer databases and key
partners) or material assets;
3. Development of a motivation system (material and intangible), compensation strategies and
benefits depend of employee personal achievements and personal plan.
4. Conducting 1-2-1 interviews and surveys (including using psychological techniques, and
projective ones as well), tests.
5. Implementing HR analytics of the Company and the market. HR security in the field of
reputational and other risks related to personnel.

1. Effective communication (including conflict). Negotiations and mediation of interests
(Harvard School), HUMINT, internal investigations, conflict management;
2. Independence and resourcefulness.
3. Analytical and critical thinking, intuition, foresight.
4. OSINT, AI tools, "Trello", “MS Office” and "Open office", "Canva".

HR Counselor and Chief Project Manager «ARMS-GROUP» LLC (Ukraine):
- HR security counselor (vetting, internal investigations: prosecution and prevention of theft,
leakage of confidential information, commercial espionage).
- Recruitment, motivation and remuneration of experts, corporate security officers.
- Selection and verification of persons for work with confidential information.
- Providing advice and resolving labor disputes with personnel who possess sensitive /
confidential information of the Company. “Offboarding” and mediation.
June 2003 - October 2012
Legal advisor -Psychologist - HR (service in the government of Ukraine):
- Selected and vetted individuals to work with state secrets, and assessed their suitability for
work outside Ukraine (including with international organizations).
- Presented the official legal position, taking into account the norms of administrative and
disciplinary law, international law, and the laws of other countries.
- Collected and analyzed partial covert information using OSINT, HUMINT.
- Conducting internal investigations and participating in government investigative teams
regarding crimes or disciplinary proceedings against military personnel or the facts of their death
(injury) or detention / arrest, including in other countries and recommendations to application /
cancellation of disciplinary sanctions.
- Protection / representation in administrative and military (specialized) courts of all instances, of
the interests of the state and its military personnel, as well as conducting negotiations on conflict

(including using polygraph and psychological techniques).
