Personal Statement

I am a highly motivated, reliable, and disciplined person with a strong ability to learn quickly and
adapt to new challenges. With eight years of entrepreneurial management experience I bring a
combination of practical problem-solving skills.

For eight years, I managed and developed a fast-growing dating agency, where I worked as a CEO,
sales trainer, team leader, and project coordinator. I built training programs, structured internal
processes, mentored teams in communication and customer understanding, hired developers,
organized video productions, and handled a wide range of operational tasks. This experience taught
me how to take responsibility, stay calm under a lot of pressure and stress, understand people, and
deliver results in fast-changing environments.

I trained every new team member in understanding client needs through active listening and empathy.
My approach focused on identifying a client’s pain points, building trust, and creating genuine
connection, which naturally led to higher engagement and successful outcomes. I taught newcomers
how to communicate effectively, ask the right questions, and guide clients toward solutions that
matched their goals. This experience strengthened my ability to mentor, motivate, and develop people
with different backgrounds.

I am currently based in Bucharest and prefer a remote position. I am a dependable team member who
listens well, communicates clearly, and can be trusted with complex tasks. I am also easy to work with
- non-problematic, self-disciplined, and focused on contributing real value.

My English is upper-intermediate, and I am proactively improving it with strong motivation to reach
