Project Manager with a strong focus on people, clarity, and steady delivery. I build
structure without rigidity, support teams through change, and create an environment
where both clients and specialists feel seen, heard, and understood.

I currently manage projects at EDCOM marketing agency, coordinating designers, ads
specialists, and marketers across multiple campaigns. My style is based on thoughtful
communication, emotional intelligence, and keeping everyone aligned and supported.

Previously, as a Scrum Master at Hyperion Tech, I facilitated delivery across 13+ IT
projects, nurtured healthy team dynamics, and built trustful relationships with
stakeholders.

Additionally, 4+ years of running my own offline business helped me develop an
