SUMMARY
I build AI-assisted workflows in n8n that replace manual work. Currently doing this in production at HYS
Enterprise — using GPT-4o and Claude for classification and data extraction, integrated with multiple SaaS tools
through REST APIs and JavaScript. Applied-math background and a systematic approach to error handling and
documentation.

EXPERIENCE

AI Automation Engineer — HYS Enterprise (Epicflow project) Nov 2025 – Present
• Build and maintain production n8n workflows that combine LLM steps with multiple SaaS integrations for
sales and marketing operations.
• Use GPT-4o and Claude for real business tasks: classifying leads against qualification rules, extracting
structured data from messy sources, and synthesizing information from multiple API responses.
• Integrate REST APIs across 7+ services with header and OAuth2 authentication, write JavaScript
transformations inside n8n Code nodes for data cleaning and normalization.
• Handle error cases so workflows don't fail silently — retries with backoff, per-record status logging, and
alerts on failures.
• Write structured prompts with JSON output, few-shot examples, and explicit rules for edge cases. Iterate
until output is stable enough for production use.
• Document each workflow and prompt so the team can run, modify, and extend it.
Operations & Process Coordination — Family furniture manufacturing Mar 2021 – Nov 2025
• Four years coordinating between management and production — gathering productivity data and
translating designs into structured part lists with exact dimensions.

PROJECTS

Dashboard Prototype (SVK-TZ) — github.com/convexopen0/SVK-TZ Personal project
• An n8n worker fetches data from multiple sources, retries failures with exponential backoff, caches results in
Postgres, and sends Telegram alerts when retries run out. The UI always shows the last good data with a
freshness badge.
• Learned the stack (Next.js 15, Supabase, PL/pgSQL, TypeScript) by building the project from scratch.
