Project Description:
Educational operations and student lifecycle management within a leading, high-traffic language school network.
The project focused on synchronizing hybrid learning models for a large student base and ensuring service
continuity during a period of organizational transition. The role evolved from direct client relationship
management to leading team workflows and synchronizing complex schedules during a major organizational
restructuring.

Managed the end-to-end student lifecycle by monitoring engagement metrics and proactively addressing
individual student concerns to maintain high satisfaction and retention rates. By analyzing student progress and
feedback, I developed personalized solutions that ensured long-term loyalty to the school network during
transition periods
Took over team-leading functions during a crisis, including developing shift schedules and allocating tasks for the
management team to ensure project continuity.
Managed the logistics for virtual sessions by acting as the central coordinator between students and teachers.
This involved creating and maintaining schedules to prevent resource conflicts, setting up digital meeting spaces,
and ensuring all access credentials were distributed correctly to participants. I monitored live sessions to provide
immediate technical assistance for platform-related issues, handled the synchronization of materials, and
proactively communicated any schedule updates or technical requirements to ensure a seamless experience for
all users.
Led the full onboarding of three new team members by developing practical step-by-step manuals, conducting
live shadowing sessions to demonstrate daily operations, and holding regular Q&A meetings to resolve their
questions. In addition to internal CRM systems and communication standards, I guided them through real-world
case studies to practice problem-solving, supervised their initial tasks to ensure quality control, and provided
consistent feedback to help them understand the project’s internal workflows and start working independently
faster.
