I moved to Canada three years ago and built my experience through real work—customer service in
Toronto and community/content operations online. I worked in the Canadian service industry with local
customers, progressing from barista to a manager-level role, which taught me how to communicate
clearly, stay calm under pressure, and handle client concerns professionally. In parallel, I run day-to-day
communication and posting for a 15K Ukrainian Telegram channel (Jobs/Rentals/News): I curate and
format listings, reply to DMs quickly, engage the audience, and screen inbound promo/partnership
requests. I bring a creative mindset to content—writing clear hooks, improving post structure, and
making information easy to read and act on. With a journalism background, I write clearly, organize
