o Designed system architecture: researched zero-knowledge encryption solutions; defined system
components, relationships, and data flows visualized in diagrams using draw.io and mermaid; calculated
potential load and provided hardware specifications; compared rental costs for AWS EC2, Azure VMs,
and Hetzner instances
o Analyzed feature requirements and UI designs, created technical breakdown, and provided estimates
along with a frontend lead engineer
o Led a backend team consisting of 1 more BE developer: stand-ups, code reviews
