plant. Managed new construction and technical modernization
initiatives from feasibility study and planning to commissioning and

• Managed industrial CAPEX projects, including planning,
budgeting (cost control), resource allocation, and on-site
coordination.
• Coordinated implementation of completely different projects:
equipment installation (installation of a 2225/63/20-ton teeming
crane, installation of an automated steel analysis laboratory;
manufacturing, assembly, and installation of a 160-ton oxygen
converter bath), new construction (construction of a blast furnace
gas pipeline, diameter from 3520 mm to 2220 mm (1+ km long)), etc.
• Acted as the primary technical point of contact, coordinating
multidisciplinary teams of external contractors (design institutes,
construction firms, equipment suppliers) and internal plant
departments.
• Held direct accountability for all construction quality,
compliance with project specifications (technical documentation), and
HSE standards. Authorized to formally accept completed work scopes
by signing official handover certificates (KБ-2в / KБ-3 acts).
Reported to the plant management.
• Participated in the selection of equipment and service
providers (construction) from a technical perspective.
• Took part in the acceptance of equipment from manufacturers
located in Ukraine, Asia, and Europe.
