CCO:
Team Building & Recruitment Independently
search for and recruit content clippers via work.ua,
Telegram, personal networks, and other sources.
Advertising budget is available upon request and
approval by the Founder. Conduct initial screening,
onboarding, and evaluation of each new clipper.
Content Standards & Briefing Develop and
maintain content guidelines, hook structures, video
formats, and forbidden words lists — based on the
project's goals and performance data. Write scripts
and hooks for clippers; produce content briefs
detailed enough for independent execution without
follow-up questions.
Team Management & Development Ensure
clippers work consistently, grow in quality, and stay
engaged long-term. Maintain team morale and
cohesion. Address performance issues proactively
— not reactively.
Quality Oversight Clippers publish independently.
The Contractor provides structured feedback after
publication and adjusts briefs accordingly. No
approval bottleneck — speed matters.
Reporting Report to the Founder via Telegram
every 2 days: team status, what's working,
blockers, and next steps. No noise — only
substance.
Performance Focus Primary KPI: qualified lead
conversion (registered + trading-active users).
Secondary: team stability and clipper output
consistency.
