• Lead security liaison for the largest USAID mission globally, advising operational safety for 50+ multimillion-dollar projects. implemented by for-profit and nonprofit organizations operating throughout Ukraine including frontline oblasts.
• Review security components of multimillion-dollar bids and grant applications.
• Advise USAID leadership on crisis response and evacuation strategies, ensuring compliance with embassy security policies.
• Act as a liaison between USAID, the US Embassy Regional Security Office, and inter-agency partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

• Review over 40 partner security plans (DAI, Chemonics, Tetra Tech, KPMG, PACT, PATH, etc.) for compliance and effectiveness.
• Establish the Partner Liaison Security Office (PLSO) project, leading efforts from solicitation to implementation to enhance security coordination between the USAID Implementing Partner organizations and the US Mission.
• Chair the Technical Evaluation Committee (TEC) for PLSO projects, leading the first TEC composed entirely of local staff.
