1. Team & Strategy Leadership: Build and lead a multidisciplinary IP & Compliance team of 5 direct reports (lawyers and compliance/moderation specialists), designing the company's end-to-end IP strategy and governance frameworks.

4. IP Protection & Dispute Resolution: Manage copyright enforcement on social media at scale, including takedowns, counter-notices and platform disputes.

5. AI Governance & Legal Technology: Built an AI-powered content moderation tool and an automated AI-vendor vetting bot from scratch; author the company's AI usage policies and governance framework.

6. Trademark Portfolio Management: Manage TM portfolio across US, EU and LatAm (filings, renewals, watching, co-existence, enforcement); resolved a trademark squatting dispute via strategic negotiated buyout.

7. Platform Monetisation & Media Compliance: Oversee content monetisation compliance across Facebook/Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and others; restore demonetised pages through platform appeals; lead branded content compliance including pre-publication review, internal workflows, and dispute handling.
