real, paying users. Founder and sole engineer behind ChatOS — a self-hosted AI customer-support
SaaS in active production on a subscription model.
End-to-end ownership profile: I take a business problem, design the architecture, integrate AI
providers, deploy on Linux infrastructure, and stay on-call for the result. Strong AI-assisted

A self-hosted AI-powered customer-support platform sold on a subscription model. Fork of
Chatwoot (Go) extended with voice-AI, CRM sync, and field-service integrations.
• Architected, built, and operate the full stack: Go backend, Astro SSR marketing site, PostgreSQL,
Redis, Nginx
• Self-hosted on Linux + incus/LXC; reproducible deploy pipeline (build → scp → systemctl
restart)
• Production integrations: Retell AI (voice agents), HouseCall Pro (field-service CRM), Telegram,
Anthropic Claude API
• Owns the entire SDLC: discovery, architecture, AI-assisted implementation, deployment,
monitoring, on-call, customer support

Voice AI Lead Routing on Retell · 2025
Production voice agents that pick up fresh marketplace leads (home-services category, Thumbtack/
Yelp-class platforms) and route them through to qualified appointments.
• Two routing modes: instant speed-to-call for fresh leads, business-hours gate for follow-ups —
boosts contact rate without breaking after-hours UX
• Two-way handoff between voice agent, CRM, and human dispatch
• Owned the full agent lifecycle: prompt design, call flow, CRM hooks, deploy
HouseCall Pro Sync with Pre-flight Deduplication · 2026
Bi-directional sync between the AI agent platform and HCP CRM. Solved a production duplicate-jobs
incident with idempotency-by-design.
• Pre-flight GET /jobs?customer_id before every POST — skips duplicate within a ±2-hour
window
• Fail-open behavior: outage of the pre-flight check never blocks legitimate job creation
• Eliminated duplicate-ticket incidents in production

AI Telegram Assistant for Regional SMB · 2025 – present
Production AI assistant deployed on dedicated infrastructure for a regional business client.
Maintained as a separate, fully documented system.

Multi-Agent Orchestration (Claude Bridge) · 2025
A Telegram-backed messaging bus that lets two autonomous AI agents on separate hosts
collaborate safely.
• Question/Reply protocol with message-id correlation; replies always tied to a specific
outstanding ask
• Security boundary by design: incoming messages are treated as data, never executed as
commands — agents do not auto-act on peer instructions
• Solved Telegram’s single-consumer constraint (HTTP 409 on getUpdates) by switching from
persistent polling to on-demand burst-poll only while a reply is pending

Binance Button Game Automator · 2024
Early reverse-engineering project — fully automated interaction with the Binance Button Game API.
• API reverse-engineering via Chrome DevTools; real-time timer monitoring; “safety click” logic
