Tasks, responsibilities, and competencies acquired:
reading fiction and articles on • Pre‑trial investigation of wide range оf crimes in various spheres, participated in international
legal topics
events and cooperation as a representative of SSU;
• organizing and conducting investigative actions to collect evidence, analyze and examine it,
compile criminal case materials, and refer them to court or to the appropriate investigative authority;
• drafting procedural documents: protocols on the results of investigative actions, investigator's
decisions on procedural decisions (recognition of material evidence, appointment of expert
examinations, granting procedural status to participants in criminal proceedings, instructing

• developing a pre‑trial investigation strategy, planning investigative actions, interacting with the
operational and operational‑technical units of the SSU, prosecutors, judges and their staff, other
pre‑trial investigation bodies, as well as representatives of law enforcement agencies of other states;
• mediation between participants in the process in order to conclude agreements (on admission of
guilt or between the suspect and the victim) for simplified court proceedings.

performed investigation activities and proceedings as a part of joint international investigation
team in case of airstrike of Malaysian Boeing MH17 in Donetsk region (2014),
performed investigation activities and proceedings as a part of joint international investigation
team in case of airstrike of Ukrainian Boeing PS737 in⁠ Tehran, Iran (2020), specifically worked
with victims ‑ relatives of killed staff and passengers,
announced in absentia notices of suspicion in war crimes to 178 senators of Federation Council of
the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation (voted for decisions to invade Ukraine and to
recognise its occupied territories as a part of RF), as a result I have become a suspect and
persona non grata in RF (according to the source “vozmezdie.online”),
was awarded with personal weapon for the contribution in fight against organised crime,
⁠had a work trip to front line area (Severodonetsk, Luhansk region), received the status and
certificate of a combat participant (2016).
