ABOUT ME
I’m a recruiter with hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, checking resumes, creating search
strategies for technology and non-technology roles, and the full cycle of the recruitment process. I work
with Boolean search, X-Ray techniques, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools and platforms to identify
relevant candidates and support the hiring process.
My previous legal experience helped me develop strong communication and teamwork skills, time
management, attention to detail, research and information analysis, and the ability to work with large
amounts of information. I am improving my English and recruiting skills, and I adapt quickly to new tasks
and environments. I’m interested in and motivated to help companies build strong and effective teams. I'm
seeking opportunities to gain experience and develop my talent acquisition skills.
