USAID Ukraine Monitoring and Learning Support project, EnCompass LLC (USA), Project
accountant:
• Managed project financial operations, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial
reporting for USAID-funded activities, including daily financial transactions, expense and
travel reporting, agreement processing, and maintenance of the general ledger in multi-
currency QuickBooks accounting software.

• Address questions on financial compliance to staff, expats, consultants, suppliers and partners
• Prepare and submit the monthly Field finance reports (P&L, BS, CF, etc.) to HQ, including bank
reconciliations and ensure all reports are accurate
• Performance of the financial analyses to manage and operate the project funds more
effectively; work with HQ Finance team on project annual budget preparation; control of the
structure of costs and the correctness of their allocation
• Collaborated with procurement and project management teams on financial oversight and
expense tracking
