Project description
Intellias growth from 200 to 3,500 specialists with offices in 13 countries raised the need for setup and
optimization of the corporate business processes (over 200), enterprise architecture, internal information
systems, information security, and regulatory compliance. For every of these workstreams, quality
documentation and change communication were key. Intellias entrusted me to build a Documentation Team
from the ground up, which operates under the umbrella of the Business Process Management Department.
The team of 12 Documentation Engineers focused on documenting and communicating changes in business
processes, corporate information systems, policies, and initiatives.

Responsibilities & achievements
• Defined and executed the enterprise document management strategy aligned with business goals.
• Acted as a Product Owner for enterprise documentation, ensuring documentation services and systems
meet corporate needs.
• Led the design and implementation of AI-driven document management solutions.
• Owned policies and standards governing documentation, communication and cross-system UI user
experience.
• Planned and launched complex information campaigns via MS Outlook, Poppulo, MS Teams, corporate
chat bot.
• Collaborated with C- and V-level stakeholders, Project Management Office, Talent Management Office,
Design Office, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Security functions to gather requirements and translate
them into clear and engaging content solutions.
• Created and maintained a variety of user assistance deliverables (user guides, developer guides, release
notes, articles for the corporate knowledge base, look ahead notes).
• Migrated the corporate knowledge base from Confluence Server to SharePoint Online, ensuring clear
structure, usability, and visual consistency.
• Created and ensured documentation accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the corporate tone of
voice and branding across all documents and systems.
• Wrote UI text and messages for new features (systems for employee engagement, learning and
development, finance management, asset management, and travel management).
• Continuously improved and optimized document lifecycle processes (creation, storage, retrieval,
archiving, disposal).
• Drove automation initiatives (AI-based document processing, information analysis)
• Set up the process of developing and updating employee profiles, client-facing documents, which

Team at ELEKS. The Team united Technical Writers professionally trained on how to increase ROI, user
satisfaction, and customer loyalty through quality information products. Driven by experience, talent, and
passion to explain, as a team we gained strong expertise in developing online helps, video tutorials, user
guides, quick start guides, quick reference cards, product sheets, FAQs, training materials, installation guides,
release notes, administrator guides, reference guides, developer guides, software architecture
documentation, API documentation, SRS, and more.
