Led the initiative and architected the migration of a large-scale legacy test framework (10,000+ tests) from Java/Selenium to a modern Playwright +
TypeScript stack — built from the ground up (architecture, configuration, CI/CD).
Drove the company-wide transition from SVN to Git, modernizing version control and enabling proper branching, code review and CI/CD workflows.
Owned and maintained the legacy framework throughout the migration, ensuring continuity of test coverage with zero regression in quality during
