media buying across E-commerce, digital goods, gaming, and iGaming. At Proxima, I ran four
marketplace projects from launch through scaling — one of them grew into a top-2 player in its

Proxima Systems — Product Owner 2020 – 2025 · Remote
Product company building niche marketplaces and SMM-process automation tools.
•​ Grew a B2C marketplace into a top-2 player in its niche by turnover, owning it end to end —
from roadmap to monetization
•​ Ran 5 projects at different stages, from launch to scaling, owning the roadmap and turning
priorities into clear, ready-to-build work for the dev team.
•​ Reworked the user flow and main product and category pages, lifting checkout starts from
1% to ~10% and purchase conversion to ~3% across most channels.
•​ Owned the commercial side — pricing, promotions, assortment, and margins — and let user
behavior, support tickets, and search demand drive what we built next.
•​ Launched and scaled the core of the marketplaces — user and supplier accounts, loyalty and
referral programs, and a reseller API.
•​ Built out CRM and automation — personalized email flows, product recommendations, an
FAQ bot, and a semi-automated support system, which helped improve retention, reduce the
number of tickets, and decrease customer response time.
•​ Grew the supply side by bringing on high-potential suppliers and renegotiating terms,
improving both assortment quality and margins.
•​ Ran SEO as a growth channel — got one site into Google’s top 10 for most of its target
keywords and two others onto page 1–2, briefing copywriters and link builders.
•​ Built retention channels from scratch: a Telegram community of 3.6K and an email base of
3,000 repeat buyers.
•​ Worked day to day across developers, designers, copywriters, support, and external
partners, and ran the support team — feeding what customers told us back into the roadmap.
Gamingtec — Senior Media Buyer Apr 2019 – Sep 2019
•​ Bought mobile and web traffic for an internal iGaming product, managing CPM and CPA ad
networks and affiliate partnerships.
•​ Negotiated with affiliate partners and brought them into the partner program and prepared
technical briefs for banners, landing pages, and video creatives.
•​ Planned, launched, and optimized campaigns and handled email/SMS marketing and
competitor analysis.
The Coingaming Group — Media Buyer Dec 2018 – Mar 2019

•​ Bought mobile and web traffic for an iGaming product, mainly via YouTube and Twitch in
Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets.
•​ Created banners, pre-rolls, and ad creatives built to drive ROI, using Google Analytics,
Volume, and CAKE to guide decisions.
•​ Negotiated with publishers to cut advertising costs and lift conversion rates.

Skins.Cash — launched for the international gaming market.
•​ Managed a media buying team and set the marketing strategy for the DMarket ICO and the
platform launch.
•​ Worked directly and through agencies with YouTube and Twitch creators, managed ad
networks (ExoClick, PropellerAds, PopAds), and forecast channel payback.
•​ Contributed game ideas, mechanics design, and testing for DHeroes, and negotiated and
signed world-famous bloggers as in-game playable characters.

800% within 12 months.
