✔ Cut production bug leakage from 18% to 5% (Defect Leakage metric) by building
the QA process from scratch and focusing on the edge/ corner case coverage
✔ Built an AI agent testing from the ground up: Golden Set creation, orchestration
and tool-calling testing, F1 score validation. Found up to 5 existing edge cases in
the system using those flows
✔ Became the owner of AI-in-QA on the project: defined selected tooling, and set
AI-assisted testing standards for the team
✔ Integrated an AI agent directly with Jira and Testomat.io (via MCP):

sanity-level AI scripts (JS + Playwright) into the test scope with no
loss of coverage
