• Validate a high daily volume (~250) of vendor invoices in an internal ERP-integrated validation system for tradable goods,
checking PO matching, VAT coding, and approval compliance prior to routing for posting.
• Cross-trained on invoice validation for non-tradable goods using SAP Fiori and VIM, building working knowledge of two distinct
ERP/workflow environments.
• Own end-to-end validation for an assigned high-volume vendor account, from invoice receipt through resolution of exceptions
(duplicates, incorrect routing entries).
• Support month-end close activities, including resolution of open items and clarification of discrepancies with internal teams and
external suppliers.
• Resolve payment queries and bank-detail change requests, coordinating between vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Tested RPA invoice-posting automation and identified processing errors, contributing to improved reliability of automated
workflows.
