● Designed and shipped an internal self-service deployment platform (Coolify-based PaaS) enabling non-DevOps
developers to auto-deploy applications, removing engineering bottlenecks and accelerating delivery
● Deployed a self-hosted LLM to offload workloads from external ChatGPT/OpenAI APIs, significantly cutting
inference costs while keeping data in-house
● Own the full lifecycle of multiple production Kubernetes clusters (k3s and managed DOKS) across several
business units, from architecture and capacity planning to day-2 operations
● Drive infrastructure architecture decisions - cluster topology, node pool design, workload isolation
(taints/tolerations), and cross-provider migrations of live production workloads with zero-downtime cutovers
