I'm a Manual QA engineer with 3 years of experience testing web apps, APIs, and CRM systems. Focused on constant
development and improving skills — both individual and team work. I was the only QA person on a SaaS POS team, which
means I did everything from writing test cases to deciding if we're ready to release.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Manual QA Engineer | Me Team | Remote
September 2024 – Present
I'm the only QA engineer on a SaaS POS platform. I test booking, menus, inventory. Since there's no senior QA, I own the
entire process. When I started, there was no QA process at all. I had to build everything from scratch — test workflows,
documentation, bug tracking system. Created Postman collections with REST and GraphQL tests. At first it took hours to test
everything manually, but after I set up automated tests, we cut testing time in half. Worked a lot with GraphQL APIs — tested
them in Altair, wrote queries and mutations, checked the schema. Basically doubled our API test coverage from 50% to 80%.
Started using AI tools like ChatGPT and Postman AI to help create test cases faster. Found that we had a lot of redundant
tests, so I cleaned them up — cut redundancy by 30% without losing coverage. Caught some really nasty bugs before they hit
production — payment failures, booking conflicts, inventory data loss. Built a system to communicate bugs fast. Reviewed
UI/UX designs in Figma before developers started building. Gave feedback early on, and it cut design-related bugs by about
35%.

First QA role after completing Hillel IT School training. Set up QA process on the project: created test cases in Jira, configured
TestRail, wrote 200+ checklists. Developed test cases using test design techniques. Executed test cases in TestRail and
Qase. Tested REST APIs with Postman. Found and reported 40+ bugs. Participated in daily standups, sprint planning, and
bug triage sessions with developers and PM.

May 2023 – August 2023
Training project: QA testing of booking system. Wrote 40+ test cases covering positive, negative, and edge case scenarios.
