Project
Description: Geospatial system for ensuring security and managing incidents
on large industrial/government enterprises. The system consists
of multiple applications: 2 desktop clients, web client, mobile
client, main server, WebAPI and identity server. SQL server is
used as a main data warehouse and Couchbase is used for
cache. RabbitMQ is used for message broking. ArcGIS is used
as a geographical information system.

I took part in developing the server, as well as desktop and back-
end for the Web client. The system is very performance sensitive,
so analyzing and optimization performance was a big part of my
work. I learned how to write code that runs fast and ensures
application responsiveness. I also learned to use various tools,
like dotTrace, dotMemory, Fiddler and others.
The other big part of my work was working back to back with
customers, having daily meetings and collecting feedback.
During this time I boosted my business communication skills and
became confident speaking and writing in English.
