OLEKSANDR SAVENKO
I have more than 15 years of experience in the National Police of
Ukraine, including over five years in leadership roles focused on
training management, capacity building, and instructor development.
From 2020 to 2024, I served as the Head of the Training Center of the
Main Directorate of the National Police in Donetsk Oblast, where I
was responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering training
programmes, workshops, seminars, and practical exercises for police
personnel, as well as coordinating instructors and overseeing the
training process.

CONTACTS Since March 2022, I established and led 10 police paramedic teams
operating in frontline areas of Donetsk Oblast. Under my leadership,
