SUMMARY
Practicing family physician (head of a rural outpatient clinic, 1,828 patient declarations) who in parallel designs
and ships production healthcare software through AI-assisted development. I own the product, domain, and
clinical-accuracy decisions; AI handles implementation. Deep working knowledge of Ukrainian primary care —
PHC quality indicators, eHealth (ЕСОЗ), ICPC-2 / ICD-10 / LOINC, MoH order #504, clinic-level NSZU reporting
— and the lived reality of how doctors actually use EMRs. I haven’t held a “Business Analyst” title, but eliciting
requirements, modeling processes, and shipping the systems is the work I’ve been doing. Now moving to do it
full-time.

SELECTED PROJECTS
Quality-Indicator Extension — Ukrainian primary-care EMR
● Chrome extension that overlays on Ukraine’s national primary-care EMR and checks each patient’s
record against 13 PHC quality indicators (cancer screenings, CV risk, TB, HIV, preventive exams) in real
time, via a rule engine over ICPC-2 / ICD-10 / LOINC codes — no LLM in clinical logic by design
(auditable, explainable).
● In daily use by 6 physicians at my clinic. In the adopter cohort, colorectal-cancer screening referrals rose
×28 over Jan–May 2026 versus a flat control group of non-adopting colleagues on the same EMR
(verified against NSZU performance reports); the CV-risk indicator stayed stable — improved one
outcome without regressing established practice.
● Defined the indicator logic against MoH regulations; rule-based matcher, ~3,800 LOC. Built through AI.
TB Documentation Module — paper workflow → working clinical system
● Replaced a paper/Excel TB-screening workflow at my clinic (28 risk-group sheets, a fluorography file for
~1,100 patients per location, WHO 4-symptom screening) with a full web module: patient registry with risk
groups and TB status, fluorography history with auto-scheduled next-due dates, sputum-test tracking,
auto-generated referrals, EMR sync.
● Defined the requirements by mapping the real clinical workflow; described them with user stories and
BPMN diagrams. Integrated with the quality-indicator extension so diagnoses and fluorography dates flow
in automatically.
● Built through AI. Adopted at the clinic where I practice.
Multi-tenant platform — AI video production agency (via DevBrother)
● Sole engineer on a multi-tenant SaaS for an AI video production agency (contract via DevBrother): AI
test-assignment matcher (Gemini), order-intake chatbot, multi-tenant studios with capability-based
permissions, real-time chat, project kanban, client portal, audit trail.
● Restructured the team’s flat “1 project = 1 video” model into a hierarchical client → project → task model
matching how the business operates.
● ~180 commits in 7 weeks; first full revenue month $1,752 client revenue at 59% gross margin. Next.js +
Supabase + Vercel. Built through AI.
Pre-Trip Driver Medical Checkups — USB device reconciliation
● Production three-tier system (Python/FastAPI + React + Electron USB agent) for digital pre-trip medical
screening of commercial drivers.
● Reverse-engineered the Drager iBlow 10 breathalyzer’s USB protocol with a Windows sniffer;
time-windowed reconciliation between medic-entered exams and the device’s onboard memory.
AES-256-GCM on medical fields, JWT auth, JKS-signed PDFs, row-level multi-tenancy.
● Functional in production; pending regulatory approval to legally replace the paper journal.
EXPERIENCE
Head of Outpatient Clinic / Family Physician — Bilohirya PHC Center Sep 2024 – Present
● Manage 1,828 patient declarations across two clinic locations; full clinic-level NSZU reporting
(monthly/quarterly forms, PHC quality-indicator compliance, preventive exams for 40–64 and 65+).
● Daily work in eHealth (ЕСОЗ) via the EMR — declarations, e-prescriptions, referrals, electronic records;
clinic operations and nursing supervision.
● In parallel, designed and shipped the clinical tools above — now the de facto standard for 6 physicians at
the clinic.
Business Development & Operations — DevBrother (AI video production agency) Jan 2026 – Present
Run the engagement end-to-end (client acquisition, contractor sourcing, task tracking, payout reporting, client
communication) and served as sole engineer on the internal multi-tenant platform above.

● Set up the operation end-to-end — client acquisition via Upwork, the website, and the social presence —
from zero.
● Built a lightweight CRM and task-tracking system on Google Sheets, modeled on the actual client
workflow (intake → delivery → follow-up), and ran client coordination on it.
