implement strategy and appropriate automation for almost each stage of development

Middle Automation QA engineer on the different client's projects. Projects
which I took part in were:
• New Online Store (main website) - B2B/B2C E-commerce store
focused on selling PC parts or PC accessories. Created automation framework for it
from scratch and expanded it together with other team members.
• JMeter performance testing project. Created and maintained the
performance testing framework. Provided key stakeholders with reports about
performance.

Responsibilities and achievements:
• Updated and expanded existing core functionality (i.e. Webdriver
initialization, general base classes which control the whole project.) and architecture
of automation framework. Added key features like: Country filtration for local and
CI/CD execution, added screenshot capture on failure and integration with existing
API. Developed multiple test features, like: SMB test flows, My Personal Account
information, Order placement flows, Product Listing and Product Details flows. Took
up a role of QA Lead for 2 months when a person responsible for this position had to
take a sick leave. Successfully organized and observed work of manual QA and QA
Automation teams, delegating tasks and helping my teammates with issues which
were arising through their daily work.
• Participated in the daily managerial calls (Scrum of Scrums) as a QA
representative. On a full time, basis managed work of the Automation team, due to the
QA manager of the project often being overwhelmed with upper-management tasks.
Delegated and created tasks based on the current project status and project's current
state-of-things, controlled completion process of those tasks from beginning to the
end, organized dailies.
• Successfully took part in all stages of feature's development as a QA
representative Assessment, pre grooming, development and release of the feature.
• Took part in the multiple feature releases to UAT as a QA
representative both doing the Smoke Checks for the newly released versions and
directing other QA's during the release process. Gave a QA sign off as a QA
representative.
JMeter Performance Project:
• Assessed and proposed the requirements for performance tests
project, discussed them with business and created a performance test project with
JMeter from scratch. Automated all of the flows present in the performance test suit

 (i.e. products addition to the cart, creating an order, putting load on different pages of
the website, etc.).
• Supported performance testing project and expanded it.

• Together with a QA Manager participated in the future candidate's
screenings and interview processes.
