• Arch. Department. Assist the Production Manager in creating initial Revit projects. Consult the Architectural department team regarding variety of issues during design development stage. Revise architectural processes of developing Arch. Models. Collaborate with Senior Architect to produce well developed (LOD 300) Arch. Models and corresponding drawings that cannot be done by an Arch. department team.

• Str. Department. In view of the fact that BIM was absolutely new to the Structural department I was responsible for Str. Revit Templates, Families & Workflow creation and maintenance with respect to company's standards and needs. Developing of structural Revit models (LOD 350) and corresponding drawings of 9G+ projects (Commercial, Residential and Hospitality sectors) through all stages of projects (from preliminary till final D.M. submission). Present Revit functionalities to all team members of Str. Department and teach them. Coordinate and consult with other team members to design layouts, or detail components and structural systems.

• Providing Revit/BIM leadership and support for Project developing.
• Assist the Production Manager in creating initial Revit projects, initiate the model for each project and preparing it for the team as well as provide Revit/BIM project information and training;

• Authoring, developing, and keeping up-to-date a highly detailed, well-crafted, and accurate virtual building model. Monitoring, reviewing and reporting BIM compliance against company/ project standards, templates and content;
• Keeping track of the working drawings with all revisions value and revised version, exporting/importing Revit model to Structural analysis tools such as Autodesk Robot;
• Executing amendments to prepared models taking into account any changes/modifications on initial design and connecting BIM to site activities and be instrumental in its adoption and execution.
