Work Experience:
•Senior Back Office and Payment department Manager, «DRP Group», October 2017 – till now

•Dealing with PSP systems:

•Making requests to PSP agents for clarify errors that appears from client side;
•Check final status of payment;
•Send email for providing ARN number from refund transaction;
•Send request to process refund manually from PSP side;
•Chatting on Skype, WhatsApp groups, emails.

•Dealing with R&D Team:

•Making request for checking system bugs;
•Supporting the error correction process by providing additional information if necessary;
•Checking final status of error and testing correctness of working.

•Dealing with Banks:

•Providing clients with Bank details for Wire transfers;
•Checking correctness of Wire Slips from customers;
•Collect necessary KYC from client to provide it to Bank agent for checking;
•Sign DOD with client;
•Working with Wire Dashboard and Excel tables (collect general information of all Wire transfers);
•Chatting on Skype, WhatsApp groups, emails with Bank agents;
•Processing withdrawals via Wire transfers;
•Making withdrawals from Bank system back office / sending request to Bank agent for processing.


•Working with CRM system:

•Processing withdrawals in the system;
•Adding / deducting bonuses;
•Processing transfer funds between accounts;
•Adding Deposits manually;
•Making correctness of Deposits / Balances.

•Dealing with Bitcoin payments (Deposits and Withdrawals);

•Working with Cashier system:

•Checking declines;
•Help to choose correct processor for Success deposit;
•Contact PSP for clarifying error in the system;
•Change final status of transaction;
•Making rule for correct deposit;
•Put in white list client for further success deposit;
•Working with Praxis system (work experience during 3 months in 2017 year).

•Operating with MT4 manager;
•Working with ticket system as base of all tasks;
•Take part in reconciliation checking;
•Making disputes for differ types of chargebacks and sending them to the Bank using company templates;
•Creating financial information for separate client and investigate the way of safe withdrawal (CC refund / BTC or Bank transfer).
