• Review and become familiar with all drawing, specification and other documents concerning assigned projects.
• Coordinates with appropriate department personnel to fulfill all contract requirements.


• Calculate the quantity and quality of materials needed, material and labor costs and project completion dates. 

• Prepare working drawings showing plans, elevations, sections, materials and finishes. 
• Coordinate and supervise the work of other staff engaged in the construction projects.
• Preparing daily workloads for staff & coordinating the daily allocation of work.
• Oversee payroll preparation and submit to related office department

• Responsible for keeping company license, staff visa as well passport and related information for renew or cancellation. 

• Balancing office budgets and maintaining the petty cash for the office expenses. 

• Tracking payment from creditor and debtor using the accounting software.

• Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
