I'm hired and directed internal and external artists, 3D-modelers and animators. I was directed staff and teams, providing leadership to achieve maximum efficiencies and growth in line with the company's vision and strategic objectives, also established and optimized procedures and workflows to improve the efficiency of the operation in game development in order to meet company expectations. I'm the one who defines and give approves a visual style of games, based on my colossal work experience and excellent sense of taste. My core functions it's an art supervision, people management who make games. No matter which games they make: match-3, HOPA, AAA, slots or something else.
Wish I find a position in gamedev with responsibilities such like this:
- Coordinate the production of art assets;
- Improve the art production pipeline between internal and external productions and enforcing the process throughout the project cycle;
- Collaborating with the development team and other stakeholders to plan the backlog and sprints, and lead the process all the way to launch and after;
- Create, maintain and communicate meaningful production schedules;
- Support game production when and where necessary, such as during downtimes or when features are mostly or fully outsourced;
- Negotiate and manage contracts. Manage budgets.
