•Analyzed terms and prices for transportation insurance and negotiated better terms, providing 10% cost savings compared to previous contracts;
•Carried out over 90 export/import operations;
•Responsible for purchasing and logistics department budgeting, planning and implementation;
•Analyzed the market of prospective suppliers of materials/components in EU, Americas and CIS countries;
•Analyzed the risk of short-supply and equipment’s damage during transportation. This allowed to identify delays in equipment production schedules and adjust delivery terms to prevent penalties in the amount of 5% of the contract price;

During execution of the contract coordinated project milestones: production, tests, delivery and commissioning of equipment;
•Coordinated at the same time 3-4 projects’ schedules including production, tests, delivery and commissioning of equipment further supplied to Angola and Guatemala;
•During absence of the head of sales bureau managed 7 specialists with average annual sales volume around 10 million USD. Coached and mentored 3 sales employees.
