DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ground handling post holder. Managing of whole airline’s activities in part of ground handling, fueling, inflight services
-responsible for all GHA activities in relation aircompany flights
-responsible for budget planning and control of ops department expenditures
-monitoring of aircompany debt to airports and operators of aircraft fueling (invoice controlling,check of accounts receivable, payable, deadlines for payments)
-HR policy, staff training, salary, employee motivation
- developing and implementation of GHM, inflight services standards to be provided.
2.Maintain strong working relationships with governmental authorities and CAA
-interaction with customs ( clearance of aircraft and spare parts)
-interaction with state property agency (rent of offices on territory KBP)
- correspondence with airports authorities
-responsible in cooperation with operators of aircraft fueling (negotiations and conclusion of agreements,controlling of fuel cost),
-responsible in cooperation with V.I.P.halls of airports
-responsible in cooperation with insurance companies
-responsible in cooperation with ground equipment maintenance companies
-interaction with aircraft maintenance companies
3. Acting as station coordinator in liaison with GHA and all airport departments
-launching of charter flights in PNL system "Charter"
-catering ordering
-hotel booking and arrangements of crew transfers
- arrangements of passengers transfers,accommodation,meal distribution over the flights delay
- assisting customers with claims for delayed or damaged baggage
-ensuring safety of personnel and aircraft while operation on ramp
4. Supervising the cargo operations at station and close coordination with the contracted GHA:
-preventing delays, quick swap of aircraft in case if it is required
-providing cargo operations for both import and export cargo.
-ensuring safe loading/offloading of cargo and mail (DHL,TNT)
-coordination of safe loading/offloading outsized cargo
-ensuring maximum utilization of aircraft space
-weight and balance control (an-12,an-26)
-interaction with customs
-preparing commercial invoices for shipments
-shipping and receiving of aircraft spare parts
-interaction with warehouses of airports (transfer of goods, marking, checking, searching of lost cargo)
-operation with Dangerous goods
-developing of cargo handling procedures and operational services
- flight-manager on converted passenger A321 to cargo for transpotrtation medical masks from China during COVID-19
