-Arrangement visas(mandatory USA/MCV and joining visas depend on travel plan(visit to Head Office, Charter Office, subject to Country of Joining requirements),
Flag State documents (Hong Kong).
Checking and confirmation of Seafarers expenses.
Provided 24/7 Support for all on/off signers(rebooking flights/obtaining Joining Port Visas, corespondance with Local Agents, further follow-up in case of missing baggage)
Company Event preparation (Forum, Trainings, Social Activities(orphanage, football, paintball, bowling)
Hotel booking for no-resident.
Insurance for ex-crew during vacation.
