Worked for an internet service providing company in Canada, worked with a team, we were responsible for troubleshooting any problem clients had with internet connections/devices. I worked with a team making sure clients issues were resolved and escalated prompt to if needed by following up of tickets, updating, forwarding to the right department and keeping in touch with the affected clients.
