Responsibilities
•Basic understanding of open stack deployment using Triple O Clint for new deployment/Project.
•Basic understanding of Virtualization and ,vEPC, vCSM (Samsung core OSS) , VNF, NFVI, MANO architecture.
•SPOC from circle for handling the new installation & commissioning of SAMSUNG EPC/vEPC nodes including the AT signoff with vendor @ JIO IDC.
•Basic knowledge of HP hardware of HP Servers (ProLiant DL360/380 Gen9/Gen10), HP blade servers (C7000 encloser, ProLiant 460 Gen8/Gen10).
•Basic Knowledge of clustering/HA/RAID 0/RAID1/RAID5.
•Responsibility of keeping the HSI KPIs and MTTR upto the benchmark.
•Coordinating with Jio MH&GOA RF/NHQ/Device team members for the speed testing/Performance of Jio/other competitor to improve the JIO customer experience.
•Analysis/escalating/coordinating and taking corrective action for EPC/vEPC, IMS node’s reported issues (Hardware/App/software) and coordination with concern team to resolve the same.
•PM/Health checkup of network nodes.

Leading the Bond project for the JIO – MH. Responsible to handle 50 JC bond ,250 DTS team and 91 JC.
Daily Drive for the 26 districts. Analysis optimizing the drive Data/Volte. Check the optimization required. Implement the changes Hard parameter. Post DT, Submit the reports. Drive Types – eMBMS, SCFT, MCVT, Benchmarking, TRAI, Cluster, IBS /ISC Indoor walk test, ICVT, Site Opti.
Customer Complaints: SPOC for the MH RAN part.
For the Reliance MH circle 1st contact person the Customer complaints.
MDA escalations, Top Management escalations, DOT, Appellate NCH. HPSM.
Daily 3000+ customer complaint handling with 50+ team members.
Daily/weekly/Monthly DPR submission for all types cx complaints Open, close etc status.
Team management and Vendor Managements –
Daily attendance / Claim / Salary / PF / Medi claims for the JC teams.
Daily operation issue managements for assets / Work / Leaves / Hierarchy / WBS.
PO / WO / Duration / Team count / Negotiations / Justification for the team work / cost.
Reporting: State Leaders/ country leaders. Meeting weekly /15 days for the progress /issues / new things.MOM submissions.
