Я будую дизайн-команди які працюють на бізнес-результат – не просто роблять гарно, а рухають продукт вперед.

4,5 роки в дизайні. 2,5 – на позиції менеджера в аутсорс діджитал-агенції. За цей час я пройшов шлях від “процесів немає взагалі” до повноцінної операційної системи відділу з командою яка стабільно доставляє результат на міжнародних проєктах – e-commerce, fintech, healthtech, SaaS для клієнтів зі США, Європи та Близького Сходу.

Мій підхід до управління поєднує системне і людиноцентричне мислення. З одного боку я будую процеси, стратегії і структури які роблять роботу передбачуваною і масштабованою. З іншого – я глибоко інвестую в кожного члена команди через індивідуальні growth плани, регулярні 1:1 і культуру відкритого фідбеку.

Що я вмію конкретно: будувати процеси з нуля, розробляти стратегічні фреймворки для відділу і компанії, вирощувати дизайнерів від джуна до сеньйора, вибудовувати співпрацю між дизайном, розробкою і бізнесом.
