Mobile App and Website for logistics
Goal: Develop a website and app to help drivers make their jobs easier. In the app, brokers can easily track loads, communicate with drivers, and drivers can quickly transfer information to dispatchers and find new loads for any type of truck.
My responsibilities: Prototyping, creating system designs from scratch, helping to resolve issues and the development department, presenting new ideas and solutions.

For instance of my successful work: I want to describe an interesting case of your workflow, or rather a good example of your workflow implementation (how me managed to solve a problem with my solutions). First, I (with the help of analytics) identified a problem with a certain user flow, and then to identify the stops and blockers, you decided to conduct an in-depth interview and learn more about the usual user behavior. based on the collected data, and identifying similar patterns of user behavior you put forward hypotheses and tested them. After that, there was a process of implementing this idea with the help of design system and as a result, conversions reached more than 90% (although at the beginning it was less than 35%).

Used research to produce a prototype that was the base for the UI design deliverable.
